    This recipe comes to us from one of our Montclair Farmers Market customers. Thank you for sharing, Dina! INGREDIENTS Tatsoi Lemon infused olive oil Toasted unsalted sunflower seeds fresh peas and/or tendril pea shoots salt and pepper DIRECTIONS Rinse and towel dry or salad spinner greens. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle the oil. Throw in a handful of sunflower seeds, peas and/or shoots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss and enjoy! #salad #tatsoi #tendrilpeashoots

    INGREDIENTS 1 package pre-made gnocchi (about 3 cups) 1/4 cup gnocchi cooking water 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 1 small shallot, chopped 3 pounds sweet sausage, casings removed 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 cups Tatsoi 1/4 cup parmesan cheese DIRECTIONS Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup cooking water before draining. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté shallots until they begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes. Add sausage and garlic. Break up sausage and sauté until cooked through. Add in Tatsoi, toss and continue to cook until wilted. Add cooked gnocchi into the skillet with the sausage and Tatsoi, top with parmesan cheese, the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the reserved cooking water. Mix together.     INGREDIENTS 8 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons white sugar 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, unseasoned 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, broken into pieces, uncooked 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 10 ounces Tatsoi 3 stalks green onions, chopped DIRECTIONS Mix 6 tbsp olive oil along with the sugar, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add noodles and sesame seeds. Stir until toasted and golden, about 8 minutes.
