Arugula & Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh Arugula, chopped

  • 8 ounce jar artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 6 ounces cream cheese

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

Microwave cream cheese until softened. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Transfer mix into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or crusty bread.
